<DIV>1. when did Disney books started to indicate the name of the writers and
artists of the stories? And, if possible, why?</DIV>
<DIV>2. does this happens only in the Brazilian and Italian editions of the
books, or also in other countries? What about Egmont's books? </DIV>
<DIV>3. What about the US? Do the reprints show names? (I guess the
magazines that are derivative of the TV shows do <EM>not</EM> show names, or do
they?)</DIV>
