Visst hade namn nämnts tidigare och förekommit i diverse böcker, t ex Abbeville Press-böckerna (dvs motsvarigheten till våra Jag-böcker), men Gladstone var väl de första som skrev ut namnen systematiskt. <div>1. when did Disney books started to indicate the name of the writers and
artists of the stories? And, if possible, why?</div>
<div>2. does this happens only in the Brazilian and Italian editions of the
books, or also in other countries? What about Egmont's books? </div>
<div>3. What about the US? Do the reprints show names? (I guess the
magazines that are derivative of the TV shows do <i>not</i> show names, or do
they?)</div>
