Don Rosa list

Well, this is _my_ Rosa list. I tried to make it as compact as possible.
This means it is wider than 80 characters per line, on a few places..

There are some things I don't know (yet?):
- What do the covers marked with '...' look like?
- Are there covers (in Scandinavia) that are not on the list?
- What is the title of the Rosa album that will be published in september (?) ?
- Is the Scandinavian column complete? (e.g. was the cover of "Treasure
  under glass" not published in Scan.?)
- ...

Any help, as always, very welcome.

Here it comes. (Per: discover the differences! 8-)

--- start of list ---

BIBLIOGRAPHY OF DON ROSA'S DISNEY STORIES AND COVERS

This list is compiled by Harry Fluks.
Sources: - Tore Urnes (posting to r.a.c. on april 15, 1991)
         - Per Starback (posting data from NAFS(k)uriren 20 and 21)
         - own observation

Explanation of the various columns:

Code:
  The story code.
  AR = Another Rainbow (Gladstone)
  H  = Holland (Oberon)
  D  = Denmark (Gutenberghus)
  K  = Disney Comics

  Note: the year in the Dutch codes mostly indicates when the *script*
  was made, not when Rosa drew the story.

USA:
  American issues.
  DD, US, WDC, M&D, USA should be obvious
  DDA = Donald Duck Adventures (Gladstone)
  DiDDA = Donald Duck Adventures (Disney)
  Alb   = Album (Gladstone)
  Gia   = Giant Album (Gladstone)
  Wic = Walt Disney's Comics In Color (Gladstone album reprints)
  Ci3D  = Disney's Comics in 3-D (Disney, #1 appeared in 1992)
  Dalb = Album (Disney). Don't know the exact title.

  Most comic issues are dated, to give an indication when Rosa made the story.
  Subtract 3 months from the (cover) date to get the publishing date.

Repr:
  American reprint issues.

NL:
  Dutch issues.
  D  = Donald Duck (weekly)
  X = Donald Duck Extra (monthly)
  WB = Groot Winterboek (giant winter album)
  VB = Groot Vakantieboek (giant summer holiday album)

Scan:
  Scandinavian issues (Norwegian / Swedish / Danish)
  The issues are the same, except for the title (and the language, of course).
  K   = Donald Duck & co / Kalle Anka & C:o / Anders And & Co (weekly)
  M   = Mikke Mus        / Musse Pigg & C:o / ... (monthly)
  JP  = ...              / Glada Julparaden / ... (merry christmas parade)
  B&B = Bild & Bubbla (magazine about comics, Sweden only)
  Nk = NAFS(k)uriren (donaldistic magazine, Sweden only)

Pg:
  number of pages.
  A '+' behind the number indicates that I have a copy of the story or cover.

Title:
  If the story has no (American) title, a description is placed between ().
  Covers have no title, so always a description is given, without ().
  '...' simply means I don't know (have never seen) the cover.
  Remarks about scripters etc. between [].
