Wilmer,

I think this comic book was actually based on a Wonderful World of
Disney episode. When Goof Troop premiered last year, it had a bizarre
two hour first episode. The second hour was a one hour Goof Troop
episode which setup the story and introduced the cast. But the first
hour was a complimation of old Goofy cartoons. It started with Goofy
as an average guy and showed how he became a star. I've always thought
that this was actually an old Wonderful World of Disney episode. This
sounds a lot like the comic you mentioned.

This will be my last post for two weeks. I'm off for Christmas vacation.
