UK info?

With all of the recent new members on the disney comics mailing list,
I was wondering if we now had any people in the U.K. who might know the
answers to a couple of disney-comic related questions:

I've heard conflicting rumors as to whether or not Fleetway is still
publishing the Disney comic books in the U.K. (or if they're even
being published *at all*) and as to whether Don Rosa's "Life and Times
Of Scrooge McDuck" is going to see print as a graphic novel there as
well.  Does anyone know what is actually going on?
