I _think_ this was one of the pseudo-educational cartoons produced by
Disney, i. e. "Donald in Math-Magic Land" (or something like that).  I
think there were a few of these featuring Ludwig von Duck, and he
introduced Scrooge as being a master of counting?

Perhaps this is all false memory, sorry if so.
