Donald Duck digest #705

In reading digest #705, I noticed a response to a reader's question 
concerning Carl Barks.  The person responding called him the creator of 
Donald Duck!  He did create many of Disney's characters including Uncle 
Scrooge, but he can not be credited with the creation of Donald Duck!
Carl Barks did not even work for the Disney studios in 1934 when Donald 
first appearred in The Wise Little Hen story. (Donald Duck's first story)
