This is starting to sound like a language discussion group, but there is
some connection to the ducks left still, I think...

Well, in Norway we may call him "Grandonkel" (Grand uncle), I think. I mean,
I never heard the male version before, but at least it's not uncommon to
call your grandma's sister "Grandtante" (Grand aunt). Which doesn't mean
that calling the same guy simply uncle is uncommon either...

P.S.: Just saw  a commercial on NRK TV today that they are going to send
"Citizen Kane" shortly. I can hardly wait! Very interesting to have that
background information, BTW...
