Norwegian writers

Jan Kruse is Dutch. And so are Jan Vijver, Jan Kroon, Jan Steeman, Jan van
Haasteren.
"Jan" is a very Dutch name (for a male). In fact I thought it was a unique
Dutch name, until now (and that Jan Gulbransson, Jan Roar Hansen, and Jan
Follak were strange exceptions)...
