Many -- if not most -- Catholic churches DO have organs, although they are 
not used at all Masses.  (Sometimes music is provided by a pianist, choir, or 
folk/rock ensemble.)  The older and more traditional churches generally have 
an organ in the "choir loft" at the back of the church.
