Don Rosa original artwork (??)

Hi everybody,

I was surfing through Ebay and spot my eyes on an auction of Don Rosa's
original artwork.

" This is the original pencil and inked page of comic art by Don Rosa NOT a
reproduction or the colorists art but the ORIGINAL ART!"

I just started to wonder that how could this be possible, since Disney
doesn't let the artists keep the original inkings. I mean, I understand that
there is for sale a lot of artwork that has been drawn "only" by pencil
(sketches, etc.) but final inkings on sale at Ebay??

Has Disney sold in this case DR's originals to somebody who is now trying to
take profit of them...
Or has DR had the chance to keep this stories originals at himself and sell
them forward...
