without more information about the two pages, it's a little difficult to say
for certain, but one possibility is that they are pages done by a colorist as
part of the production of a comic book or comic magazine. the artist draws
the original pages in black and white, which are then photocopied and colored
before being sent to the printer.

like much other original comic book work, hand coloring is going the way of
hand lettering, being done with a computer instead.

don't know if this is correct, but it's one possibility to explain what the
pages are.

regards.
