Proto Hidden Mickey?

Some curious news:
the italian site "Anonima Fumetti - News", an information agency devoted to
comics, reports that in a church in Malta (Austria) there is a late-romanic
fresco depicting what it seems to be a real "Mickey Mouse"! An "Hidden
Mickey" of year 1300?
