where's customer/funds on hold list?

I sent an e-mail to BHC about this subject. Their reply was:

"Yes, all the names of uncompleted subscriptions have been sent to 
Gemstone for fulfillment.  We understand the  first comic is due to 
be released June 21, 2003.

I've just read DCML messages for the first time today.  Could someone 
please recap (for those of us behind the curve):
	Is anyone's company still hanging onto the records of "loyal" 
Gladstone subscribers-by-mail who had money left on account when 
publication ceased?  I'd like to hear update on this.  Last stuff I 
heard was about 3 years ago. and Hamilton website hasn't been updated 
since zombies roamed Duckburg.
