Yep. It was the Grasshopper's theme song, in the animated Silly Symphony,
"The Grasshopper and the Ants". He sang the song a couple of times in the
short, to help establish his lazy character.

The Grasshopper was voiced by Pinto Colvig, who was the original voice of
Goofy, so Goofy also sang/hummed/mumbled the song in a few of his shorts,
although the only lyrics Goofy sang were,

"Oh, the world owes me a livin',
Deedle-diedle-dadle-diedle-dum - hyuk!"

Got me on that one!
