In the special Goofy 70 year pocket in Sweden there is a Scarpa story I
TL 158-A Topolino e il Pippotarzan.

For those of you that don't want to know anythinh about the story stop
reading now.

In this story there is Goofy's brother, Thinbone as the English
translation from the Swedish Smalben would be. He is a Tarzan of a kind
in the African jungle and Mickey and Goofy are searching for him because
Goofy hasn't seen him for tweny years. They find him after much trouble.
In a panel he explains to Mickey and Goofy that he has tought the
friendly Mbangi tribe to pretend to be hostile and evil so that he can
be undisturbed.
This seems unlikely. Earlier on in the story the Mbangi tries to feed
M&G to the crocodiles and that definitely does seem like it's intended
that they should be killed. They also capture Black Pete and hang him up
in a net, pour honey on him and leave him to be eaten by wild beasts.
They tie Mickey and Pete up and is ready to set fire to the grill and
roast them.

So was this really what it said in the Italian original ?
Can one of our Italian friends answer this ?

Ola in rainy Stockholm +2 and cloudy
