An interesting question and, for me, a tough one. Having reviewed tons
of Disney stories, from all times and lots of places, I've noticed
certain basic plots being used over and over and over. Combine that
with characters and situations that are of necessity used over and over
and over, and in certain respects the term "plagiarism" loses all
meaning.

My own basic yardstick is this: has the writer done enough with the
plot, characters, situations, etc., to keep me from thinking I've read
the exact same story before?

Like you, Anders, I'd be interested to know what others think about
this.

Gary
