What exactly is the award about/what's it for, etc.?

Also, does anybody know what happened to the website Eega Beeva's Magic 
Pocket? Is it gone for good? Did it change address? I've been missing it for awhile 
and haven't turned up where it could be (if it's still out there that is). I 
should have saved all those cover photos and other items.
