"Are there English language Disney comics printed elsewhere in The World?"

There used to be Disney Comics published in Great Britain (by Egmont) (that's where David
Gerstein 
worked before working for Egmont in Denmark).  But, they stopped publication in the 1990s.
 So did 
the Egmont English language publisher in Singapore.  I believe that India still prints
Disney Comics in 
English (as well as in Hindi and Gujrati).  At least they did as late as the year 2000. 
But they wouldn't be 
a replacement for Gemstone.  They printed mainly very short stories, and those with simple
plots 
(aimed at a very youthful audience
(6-9).
