I don't know why they call this volume 1, since it is the *second* book in 
the series.
The Shacktown book will be the 3rd. They *do* say so in their description of 
that book, but in the title it says Vol 2. Hm...

I have the 1st book (Lost in the Andes) and I agree it is wonderful.
