<P><BR>Well, it appears that&nbsp; the Mailing List Digests are still being sent out, but I have not been able to access the DCML web URLs, especially the Archive for the past two days.&nbsp; Does anyone know what is wrong?&nbsp; Am I the only one who gets "Cannot find" error messages when attempting to load the pages?</P>
