<DIV>I might point out that DH bollixed the second volume a little by reversing pages on several occasions. A little annoying, considering that such a small amount of labor appears to be involved in copying and arranging the LLL pages. Here is one case where one is so pleased at the content that one doesn't truly mind the packaging (much).</DIV>
