But the Uncle Scrooge covers proposed are drawn by Barks or by Rosa, which looks hopeful. Has anyone heard any rumors of what they plan to publish in the U$ comic? And I am looking forward with some hope to the hardcover collections they’re planning with adult collectors in mind (Christmas classics, Valentine’s classics, Donald “Quack Up” etc.).>></DIV>

<DIV>The description of U$ has been rather vague, but I'm expecting a mixture of Barks/Rosa reprints and some Italian Scrooge stories like the ones that occasionally appeared in Gemstone comics after the pocket books were cancelled.</DIV>

<DIV>I have to say now that I'll be rooting for Boom! to succeed, despite my trepidation about some of their "new directions." I'm not optimistic as to what Marvel might do with the classic characters if Disney gives the license to "The House of IOU's, er, Ideas."</DIV>
