Sure.  Someone please e-mail me a template of the format to use, and I will
convert my list into it.

I am also willing to do more of the index.  I have all the Gladstone issues.
I saw in some mail a few days back what issues were left to do.  I'm willing
to do any of the duck books remaining (DD, DDA, US, USA, DT).  Again,
someone send me a list of the remaining blocks to do in these areas, and I'll
tackle them.
