Sunday dates in the 30s-50s

I am trying to make a Dutch index of all (USA) sunday newspaper strips from the
30s, 40s and 50s. In Holland, sometimes the dates on the reprint are coded
MM-DD-YY, and sometimes DD-MM-YY. I want to see if my collection of Dutch
reprints is complete.

So: I would like to have a complete list of sunday dates from 1930 through 1960.
E.g. in the form: 1930: jan 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; feb .. [etc]

Does anyone have such a list, or even better: a program that can generate the
data I want?
