DON:
I *did* tell you the nit was almost too small to pick, right? And remember
I hadn't seen that story until this summer, so I haven't really had two years
to ponder why that panel bothered me some. Nor did I really mean to complain --
but rather just point to it, since I know you pay all that attention to
researching even the smallest details (except possibly tall ships and other
sailing vessels; I think you could improve those, when they appear, not by
adding details, but by getting their action in the wind and on the water a
little more realistic -- but I know; I'm a hopeless complainee on this
particular subject, so don't mind me too much, please...)
TRYG:
Well -- thanks for complimenting my .sig; I *do* kinda like it myself,
since it comprises two of my major interests: ducks and music! I actually
realized how fitting it would be when I started reading and posting to such
newgroups as alt.banjo and rec.music.makers.guitar.acoustic, and cast about for
a good .sig. I even had (oh, frabjous day!) a question mailed to me from a
r.m.m.g.a. poster, asking where the quote was from!
And about that "GaiaMaster" person my *impression* was that his quarrel was
with the *form* rather than the *content*. But I don't really know...
So: All my Best to All and Sundry, and the Rest o' Ye, Too!!!
