FTP archive updates

Harry has sent me updated versions of the following, which I have made
available at the ftp site:

 * don-rosa:	The file containing Don Rosa quotes on himself and his
		work, sorted by subject.

 * don-rosa.germany:
		The (incomplete) list of Don Rosa publications in
		Germany, as a supplement to the main Don Rosa index in
		don-rosa.index.

 * story-codes:	An explanation of the various "story codes" often seen
		in the first panel of a Disney comic.

All this and more is available at the usual place, i.e., at the
directory pub/comics/disney at ftp.lysator.liu.se.
