   In the older list it says that The War of the Wendigo was published in
   MM 44-46/1991, but in the newer it says MM 45-47/1991.  Which is
   right?

The War of the Wendigo was published in MM 45-47/1991. In MM 44 was the conclusion
of the three parter Mickey Mouse in The Mystery Monster from Smoggy Bog by Paul
Murry which was published in MM 42-44/1991.
In the German Micky Maus is only one continuing story published in regular.
