The answer to this question is that the story is *banned*, although 
it has been published in the CBL (with altered text!). 

In Holland they ignored the banning recently, they published it 
in a hardcover (using CBL, so altered text included).

What's the story about? Well, it's about a civil war in Unsteadystan 
(read: Vietnam) and here are sure a lot of explosions in the story.
I sometimes wonder how the story got past the Disney office at all, 
back in 1965.
