Indexing stories

Hi,

I've been looking at the Disney comics database at the web-server a little
(it's starting to get very interesting, the character section is looking
good!). According to the description there should be a zip-file somewhere
containing the whole comics database, but I couldn't find it. I am thinking
of perhaps doing some indexing of norwegian stories that I have within reach
during the process of rereading them. Before I start with something like
that, I have a few questions:

- Are norwegian references included in the database?

- Is there any interest in including references from the DD Pocket books
(and Mammoth book(s))?

- Are there any lists somewhere else of story codes referring to norwegian
publications?

- If not, how would I find out what story code a story has in the magazines
that where printed before the story codes where in the first panel?

- What is the easiest way to get the information into the database?

I guess these questions go to different people, but whoever feels like
answering, please do! I might probably find some of the answers myself if I
can get the whole database downloaded, but I'm looking for that zip-file!

BTW, I won't start this overnight, no need to rush. It's more like a long
term plan (one of many).

Some other questions while I'm at it:

- Has anyone thought about getting links from the database to articles from
the mailing list and other trivia about stories? Think about that, you sit
at home reading a story, punch in the story code on your web-connected PC
and up pops Don's comment on what was supposed to be on that sign on the
wall in that panel, the name (and code) of the Barks' story referred to in
the next panel etc. etc. Dreams, dreams...

Best regards,
