Interesting, since Scrooge (as opposed to Mickey) apparently can -
in fact, he did [in the LO$ episode in South Africa, where he pursues
Flintheart], even to the extent of using the theme song from "High
Noon" in the background!  Also, Donald can get pretty violent in his
battles with Neighbor Jones, it seems.  I suppose Disney just wants
Mickey to be "nice".  As long as they operate under that constraint,
Mickey likely will continue to be less interesting than the Ducks.
