Carl Barks children's book

Has anyone seen the children's book Donald Duck: The Fair Fiasco by Carl 
Barks?  It's copyrighted 1955 and reprinted by Western Publishing in 1984.  
The story is that Donald borrows an ox and cart from Grandma Duck to enter 
into a fair.  The ox (or bull) ignores the color red, but goes mad about 
the color blue and destroys the fair.  Is this a trimmed down comic - it 
certainly looks like it in parts?  Or is this a children's book that Barks 
did?
