Mickey 'hiccup' story

DAVID:
 I noticed that last week's Finnish weekly contains 
 a really nice and funny Mickey-story (supposedly drawn by
 Noel Van Horn). 
                                   
 In the story Mickey is suffering terrible hiccup
 and he is trying to find a cure to get rid of it.
 Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow are also included
 in the story.

 So, is the story written by you David? The code for the
 story is 'D94074'.

 PS. It's really SICK that scandinavian editors are not willing
 to give credit to the creators of these comics. (Of course
 they are always careful to include their own names in every
 book...) I remember somebody asked me (1 or 2 years ago) 
 about William Van Horn. He had always thought that stories
 actually drawn by Marco Rota were William's.
