Contents of November Gladstones?

I need to know the contents of the Gladstone books for November, that
is of DD 293, USA 35, DD&MM 2, and WDG 2.  I have only up to the
October issues yet.  (And I haven't read the July issues yet...)

I've looked at David's WWW page on the current Gladstones, but
there he says that DD 293 contains Barks's "Noble Porpoises", but that
must be a mistake as that's in DD 292.

So I [think I] know:
DD 293: cover by Heymans, Taliaferro strips, what more??
DD&MM 2:  WDC 203 + Aladdin part 2.  Cover by whom?
USA 35: "Temple of Khaos".  Nothing more?  Cover by whom?
WDG 2: "Mines of King Solomon" + that infamous Pablo story/advertisement.
	And what cover?

Sorry to waste bandwidth with the rather uninteresting question, but I
need to know this pretty soon!
