Disney comics in Luxembourg

ARTHUR:

In Luxembourg, ALL German and French Disney comics are available in the
whole country.
Some Italian (Topolino f.i.) and during summer holidays the Dutch DD are
available in Luxembourg city.
Luxembourgish is a language of its own.

ALL: 

I am on the lookout for Mickey Mouse stories I read in the sixties
in German with a villain called "Schnauz". They were rather long stories
published as 'to-be-followed'. Any help as to the author is welcome.
