Interesting. I did something similar years ago, but with "Barks = quality
100, anyone else = quality 0".
In other words, I counted the number of Barks pages in the Dutch weekly. The
best Barks year in Dutch history is 1975, when they put a Barks 1-pager on
the back cover of every issue. When not counting these, 1976 is slightly
better.

When counting relatively (I mean "pages of Barks per issue"), the starting
year, 1952, is the top. They has only 10 issues, but 99 Barks pages.

This has no real relation to what you have been doing, maybe. But I thought
it was interesting enough to at least mention.

I know it can be very dangerous to assign a quality measure to every artist.
Especially when the artist did not write the stories himself. Stories that I
regarded rubbish for years, are actually quite good when you see through the
horrible artwork...
