US Publisher? Gladstone?

I'm one of those people who have a massive box of
Scrooge comics that I read over and over and just
haven't bought any new ones lately.  (Sorry, Mr.
Rosa!)  I really need to get back in the game
because I'm sure there are a lot of great new
stories out there.

Who is publishing the Scrooge comics in the US? 
Is it still Gladstone?
