There are no more! Well that didn't last long. So
please no more requests and especially no unannounced
requests or I will have to unfortunately return them
to sender. I want to thank everyone again for taking
part and I'm glad I was able to put an extremly
overpriced book in the hands of at least some true
fans. It would hurt my heart to know that anyone would
make a profit from my generosity. God bless.
