In "A Christmas for Shacktown", Scrooge's bin is over its capacity. The
results of adding another coin are disasterous (you'll have to read the
story for more info).
In a recent Barks drawing (1996 - yep, when he did 70 excellent drawings at
age 95), we see Scrooge in his bin, with his head against the ceiling. The
money is way above the 99 feet mark. Subtitle to that drawing: "I may have
to spend some of this stuff".
