EILEEN According to some (rather bad) scans I have, the cover you describe is indeed that of WDCD #21, the main feature being Mickey and Goofy's "The Secret of Earthquake Island", reprinted from MM #65. The cover described by Don Rosa should be that of the previous WDCD #20. Cheers Eta Beta
