But maybe this was drawn before
I TL 2173-1 Paperino e le "pitto-pareti" boom (1997-07-22)

because in this one's last panel you can see an "adios" which means
"Good-Bye" in Spanish (and now Scarpa lives in Spain)

After that he made a story for the French Hachette, but nothing more for
Italy.
