use of swastika

A large and very well known company, the Swedish ASEA, nowadays known as
ABB, actually had a swastika as their symbol. The swastika was read and
the four letters ASEA was placed one in each field of the swastika. The
swastika was not rotated. That is, there was no point pointing upwards.
The symbol was changed after or during the war, I don't know which.
