Of course not!  The art is own by Disney, 
not by Don, right?

Well.. I doubt that Don gets a single cent from the
stamps, but this is Finland.. so.. who knows..

I am not familiar with Finlands Copyright-laws, 
but if it happened in Sweden, then Don could
claim his rights as the creator.   

I don't think Don would do that anyway, since
he still wants to draw Ducks and propably 
wouldn't jeopardize that.
