Time and date of Barks Tribute at San Diego Comic Con?

I'm still trying to find out the exact time and date of the Barks Tribute 
Panel at this year's San Diego Comic Con and they do not respond to my 
repeated requests for this information.  If any one one has a definitive 
answer please post it on the DCML?
