While discussing Filo Sganga, Olaf wrote:

That is the case in Finland too: Jaakko, Kaarlo Kiemu, Nikke Näykkä, Reima
Rähmä etc. That would suggest that the Nordic pocket books were translated
from the same source. From Germany perhaps? But the strange thing is that
Finnish pocket books match the German ones best. In Denmark and Sweden
(of Norway I'm not sure) early pocket books were sometimes printed so
that a Mickey story was inserted between duck-stories and there are also a
lot of german pockets missing. On the other hand in Finland pockets were
printed like in Germany. It seems that editors in Scandinavian countries
decided that German pockets were not good enough.
