St Canard is the Hometown of Darkwing Duck. I chose to put it there because it must be near Duckburg as we see Launchpad in both Duckburg and St Canard. Did you see Spoonerville, Goof Troop Hometown, in Ohio? We can see that this city is there on the US map in a Goofy Movie
