In (at least) the Dutch 1970s publication of this gag, the dialogue was
changed. From memory: Grandma invites Scrooge for dinner. Scrooge eats
too much because Grandma pays the bill.
I have no idea why the dialogue was changed. It could have been done by
the Dutch editors themselves, or by using an improper translation from
another foreign country. The latter would mean that there must at least
be one more (earlier) publication with this dialogue change.
