Rich Morrissery died of a heart attack yesterday afternoon.
 There's not much one can say about one's friends who die much too soon...

I didn't know Rich, but I've always regarded his contributions as
significant to the very texture of discourse on this mailing list. He was,
in that way, a friend, and it is always sad to lose a friend.
