Malcolm/Matey McDuck [to Don Rosa]

Hi!
If Matey McDuck is an incarnation of Scrooge McDuck, as shown in "Back to 
Long ago", he can also be his ancestor. But how do you explain the fact that 
his soul, which should be the same than Scrooge's one, is not the same, as we 
see him in the McDuck paradise???
Sigvald Grosjfeld had the idea that Malcolm and Matey are two different 
characters, probably (twin?) brothers, but it is impossible, as Malcolm is 
told to have dealed with potatoes....
