The Phantom Blot.

In his first appearance on 1939's "Mickey Mouse outwits the Phantom 
Blot"(sadly unpublished in Greece) the Blot is said to be working as a 
spy.Is it explained who does he serve?When does he reappear?Later,starting 
from Scarpa's stories, he is an indepented criminal searching for wealth.Is 
it explained why he stopped being a spy or if he ever stopped?A daughter of 
him,Phantom Brat,appears.When did he have her?Is she wearing a suit like her 
father's?Is she to be his heir?There are a hand full of stories where Mickey 
Mouse and the Phantom Blot face Phantom Blot's impersonators.Has he ever 
used an impersonator of himself instead of facing him as a rival?The Phantom 
Blot of the series Mickey Mystery is a criminal mastermind never captured by 
Mickey Mouse and the police.He is deadlier,more inteligent and far richer 
and more capable than his regular version.In the storie "Oil for One,And One 
For Oil!"(D 92033)he uses his control of an Oil Company to take over 
Mouseton's economy.When his pan is ruined he says he lost just a small part 
of his money and he can take over another city.This Blot never reveals his 
face.Is he the same as Gottfredson/Scarpa's Blot?
The Phantom Blot is a character I am interested in but there are many 
questions about his life and only a few answers.Any ideas?
